What brow lamination actually changes
Lamination reshapes the direction of your existing brow hairs so they sit in a more groomed, lifted arrangement. It can help with hairs that cross over or grow in different directions. It does not tattoo the skin, add hair or guarantee that a bare patch will disappear.
Tinting adds colour. Threading shapes the outline. These are different jobs, which is why a combined appointment may suit someone who wants direction, definition and shaping.

How long the result lasts
Aura Beauty Atelier’s brow menu describes a typical 4 to 6 week effect. The brushed up shape gradually changes as the hair grows and the treatment relaxes. Tint can fade on a different timetable. Faded colour does not necessarily mean the brows need another lamination.
A visible result and readiness for another chemical treatment are different things. Ask for an assessment of your brows before repeating, particularly if the hairs feel dry or brittle.
The first day
Aura Beauty Atelier’s current brow guidance is to keep brows dry and avoid makeup and rubbing for the first 24 hours. Follow the instructions supplied at your appointment if the product used requires a different routine.
- Avoid pressing or rubbing the hairs into a different position.
- Ask about exercise, steam, washing and skincare before leaving the studio.
- Use only the conditioning product and timing recommended for your brows.
- If you accidentally get them wet, do not try to repeat lamination on them at home. Contact the studio for advice.
Your routine afterwards
Once your initial aftercare period is complete, gently brush the hairs into place with a clean spoolie. Use the conditioning care recommended at your visit and avoid aggressive brushing or adding another chemical treatment yourself.
If the skin becomes irritated or hairs seem damaged, pause additional treatments and contact the studio. Persistent or worsening skin symptoms need medical advice.

Lamination or nano and powder brows?
If your concern is a bare gap or drawing on the same areas every morning, you may want to discuss pigment instead. Nano creates machine applied hairlike strokes. Powder creates shading. Lamination is not a preview of either result, and the treatments should not be scheduled together without an individual plan.
